MakeShift partnered with Charizma to bring their bold vision for a next-generation team-building experience to life. Designed for corporate teams, MakeShift needed a brand identity and digital presence that matched the energy and innovation of their in-person events. Our engagement included brand strategy, visual identity design, website development, video content production, and marketing collateral—all built to highlight the core values of MakeShift: collaboration, adaptability, and fun. The goal was to create a cohesive, impactful brand experience that would capture the imagination of corporate clients and reflect the dynamic nature of the training itself. Through immersive storytelling and a bold, modern design system, we crafted a brand that feels as lively and unexpected as the experience it represents. From constructing launch-ready pitch decks to developing a conversion-driven landing page, our creative direction focused on one thing: shifting the way teams engage, grow, and build together.
